Corediam diamond ring saw blades are designed for deep cutting in concrete, reinforced concrete, brick, block and other masonry materials.Used with professional ring saw machines, these laser welded diamond blades provide a practical solution for wall openings, concrete renovation, structural modification and other demanding construction cutting applications.

With a 370–600 mm diameter range, ring saw blades can be supplied for different ring saw machines and cutting requirements. For example, 410 mm diamond ring saw blade can provide up to 300 mm cutting depth, making it suitable for cutting through thick concrete walls and reinforced structures where conventional diamond blades may not provide sufficient depth.

Wet or Dry Cutting

Concrete ring saw blades can be used for both wet and dry cutting applications, depending on the blade specification, machine requirements and job-site conditions.

Wet cutting is recommended for demanding concrete cutting applications because water helps control dust, cool the cutting area and support longer blade life. Dry cutting can be used where water is unavailable or where the specific blade and machine are designed for dry operation.
