A Real-World Application of Corediam 4" Round Diamond Grinding Plate
This time, we worked on a 500–600 m² concrete floor in an industrial factory workshop, where the existing floor required surface grinding and preparation before further floor preparation.
The workshop was a typical industrial floor-grinding environment: a large concrete floor.

How We Used the 4" Round Grinding Plates
The machine was fitted with multiple 4-inch round diamond grinding plates.

The grinding segments gradually wear down, exposing new diamond particles for consistent grinding efficiency. Before starting, Need checked:
• Whether all concrete grinding plates were securely installed
• Whether the diamond grinding plates were suitable for the concrete condition
• Whether the floor grinder was operating normally
• Whether the dust extraction system was properly connected
Once everything was ready, First started from a small test area,Then observe the grinding speed, diamond wear, concrete surface smoothness, and machine load. If the above conditions are within normal and compliant ranges, continue to complete the large-scale surface treatment work.
