Product Description
Arrow Segment Concrete Grinding Cup Wheel has high strength, excellent wear resistance, and a low friction coefficient. Its grinding efficiency and low grinding force generate less heat in the grinding process. This can decrease or avoid burns and cracks on the surface of the workpiece, and decrease the equipment's wear and energy consumption. The high wear resistance can lead to good grinding quality and high grinding precision. Metal bond diamonds long lifespan and long dressing period can greatly increase the work efficiency, and improve the worker's' labor environment while decreasing the product's labor intensity.
The diameter is 180mm, the segment number is 12. The optional diameter range of turbo grinding wheels is 105mm,115mm.125mm,150mm,180mm.
It can be widely used on rough surface grinding different kinds of concrete and masonry materials with superior efficiency.
The cup wheel can be installed on the angle grinder and grinding machine.
We can supply OEM service. Special arrangement holes are for better cooling.

Features
Soft Bond - The metallic powder in the sintered segment wears away quickly releasing dull diamond crystals exposing new abrasive crystals to cut efficiently. Best used on hard surfaces.
Medium Bond - A metal bond strength right between that of soft and hard bonds.
Hard Bond - The bond of the metallic powder in the segment wears away slowly and prevents premature wear against soft, abrasive surfaces.
Suitable for profiled grinding or grinding the corner where cannot be grinded by a machine
