The Asphalt Diamond Blade is engineered specifically for cutting soft and abrasive materials like asphalt. Designed with deep segment gullets and wide slots, it allows for fast cutting and efficient debris removal, minimizing blade wear and overheating.
• Asphalt cutting disc is designed for cutting asphalt, asphalt-concrete and other abrasive materials.
• The protective segment is used for undercut protection.
• The segmented design has better heat dissipation and reduces asphalt adhesion, which is very suitable for cutting abrasive materials.
• It can cut in dry or wet conditions, but in order to achieve maximum cutting performance of the saw blade, water can be used to cool the saw blade.
• Asphalt saw blades are more abrasive and have a longer service life.
• There are different diameters to choose from, and it is suitable for different equipment. 12-inch saw blades are used for handheld saws, and 18-inch saw blades are used for walk behind saw.
