From Installation to Finish: A Real Concrete Grinding Project with Corediam
Recently, our team visited a concrete grinding project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia,participating in the entire process from grinding shoes installation and monitoring of the grinding process to final evaluation of the surface finish.
The project involved preparing a concrete surface for the next construction phase. Before grinding began, the operator installed the diamond grinding plate onto the floor grinder. As the floor grinder machine moved across the concrete floor, the diamond grinding plate efficiently removed surface coatings, and uneven areas. For example, hard concrete requires a softer metal bond, and the larger the grit of the diamond grinding plate, the finer the grinding.
